Lee
Founder
Lee is the founder of our company and the driving force behind everything we do. Unlike many business owners, Lee is still very much hands-on and works out in the field alongside the team, not just behind a desk. From day one, he’s been dedicated to delivering high-quality customer service and setting the standards that the whole team follows. With a wealth of industry knowledge built from real, on-site experience, Lee brings strong leadership, practical expertise, and a genuine passion for helping customers. He’s committed to doing things the right way, and his focus on high standards and quality workmanship is a big part of what makes the company what it is today. Lee’s dedication and vision continue to guide the team and shape the level of service we’re proud to offer.
Samm
Co-Director
Samm is our co-director and the backbone of the business when it comes to accounts, invoicing, and administration. She looks after the financial and operational side of the company, making sure everything behind the scenes is organised, accurate, and running as it should. With strong attention to detail and a practical, no-nonsense approach, Samm manages invoicing, payments, and essential admin that keeps the business moving day to day. Her role ensures customers receive clear communication, accurate paperwork, and a professional experience from start to finish. Dedicated, reliable, and always supportive of the wider team, Samm’s work plays a vital part in keeping the business running smoothly and maintaining the high standards we’re proud to offer.
Tom
Plumbing & Drainage Technician
Tom has been an important part of our team for six years, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role in Drainage and Plumbing. He’s reliable, hardworking, and always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done right. A true family man, Tom spends most of his time off enjoying time with his loved ones. When he’s not with family, you’ll often find him playing darts, out on the golf course or relaxing at his caravan- some of his favourite ways to unwind. Tom’s friendly nature and strong expertise make him a go-to guy for both customers and coworkers alike.
Ryan
Plumbing & Drainage Technician
Ryan has been part of our team for four years, originally joining us as a Plumber and progressing to the role of Drainage Technician. He’s dedicated, hardworking, and always ready to help. One of his favourite parts of the job is getting to meet new customers and make their day a little easier. when he’s not out on the job, Ryan enjoys spending time with his family or unwinding with a round of golf or a game of cricket. He also has a great passion for football. Ryan brings the same friendly, down-to-earth attitude to everything he does—both on and off the clock.
Jacob
Plumber
Jacob is the newest member of our team and is already making a great impression. Working in plumbing, he’s focused on building his skill set and learning all he can to deliver quality work for our customers. Outside of the job, Jacob is all about good food. Whether he’s trying new places to eat or cooking up something great in the kitchen, he enjoys anything that brings people together around a meal. Jacob’s enthusiasm and willingness to learn make him a fantastic addition to the team and his friendly approachable nature makes him easy for customers to engage with
